Obama had essentially a very VERY friendly super majority in Congress his first two years which is the ONLY way the ACA passed. He could have passed anything and everything he wanted to in those first two years. And show your evidence from a verifiable credible source for that 25% of kept promises under Trump. He kept more campaign promises than ANY President in my now very long lifetime.Okay, lets talk about Obama's presidency. Having said that, he ended up with a higher percentage (33% vs 25%) of promises kept than Trump (who did have Congress on his side for 2 years

As far as Trump's Health Plan, he had NONE! His only plan was to get rid of Obamacare but he never proposed anything else (I looked and could not find anything). One thing he did do that was a big negative is the following:

The one thing that is clearly evident in the Jimmy Kimmel video and in the information here (given above) is that not only was Trump incompetent and a failure and liar but he really does not care about the welfare of Americans. At least not those that are not filthy rich.
