A peace treaty, especially the ww1-2 peace treaties are like I go to your house and kick your ass, then I tell you that if you don't give me your house then I kick your ads more until you do. So, why are the ww1-2 peace treaties called legal documents?
In addition , international law I think demands that in case of military invasion, the victim country must not fight if that is what it takes to save lives. How can this be legal too, when the natural law is to die in fighting for the girls in your house?
