25% on electricity imports from Canada, Plus Ontario will impose a 25% export tax on electricity. And 10% on Canadian oil, which is the only kind of oil most of your refineries are set to process. yeah, that will bring down energy costs.

Ontario Hydro pays 25% export tax to the Ontario gov, so now sells it for $1.25/KWh. The US then imposes a 25% tariff on that, so the US power company now pays $1.5625/KWh. And that gets passed on to the consumer.
