There are millions of illegals. Do you want to imprison most of them? That's nonsense. Your second law is necessary. If you're a business owner and hire illegals, you should go to prison. A mandatory five-year prison sentence, at least, for anyone, conducting business, and hiring illegals. That includes someone paying someone cash to work on their lawn.

Charity, that gets a bit tricky. You meet an illegal migrant family that is hungry and you feed them, that shouldn't be unlawful. You can't give them money, but you should report them to law enforcement while you're standing in line to buy them the extra-crispy chicken combo with the family-size cole-slaw. Call the police and have them taken to a government facility where they can continue being fed, and get emergency housing until they're forcefully deported.

Imprisoning illegals for several years is a money drain. There are too many of them. There are enough of us social-conservatives, and nationalists, who are willing to report them to law enforcement and have them arrested and deported. We might need to hire more police to do this. Maybe the police department will have to start an illegal immigrant department, just like they have their homicide division or their internal affairs department. They'll need to create an illegal immigrant department with several hundred, or even thousands of cops (NYC, a huge city, would need thousands of cops joining this task force) and have them, patrol, and hunt for illegals, in collaboration with ICE.
