There are millions of illegals. Do you want to imprison most of them? That's nonsense. Your second law is necessary. If you're a business owner and hire illegals, you should go to prison. A mandatory five-year prison sentence, at least, for anyone, conducting business, and hiring an illegal. That includes someone paying someone cash to work on their lawn.

Charity, that gets a bit tricky. You meet an illegal migrant family that is hungry and you feed them, that shouldn't be unlawful. You can't give them money, but you can feed them, and report them to law enforcement while you're standing in line to buy them the extra-crispy chicken combo with the family-size cole-slaw. Call the police have them taken to a government facility where they can eat, and get housing until they're forcefully deported.

Imprisoning illegals for several years is a money drain. There are too many of them. There are enough of us social-conservatives, and nationalists, who are willing to report them to law enforcement and have them arrested and deported. We might need to hire more police to do this. Maybe the police department will have to start an illegal immigrant department, just they have their homicide division or their internal affairs department. They'll need to create an illegal immigrant department with several thousand cops and have them, patrol, and hunt for illegals, in collaboration with ICE.

Before real action should commence an announcement should be made serving warning for whats to come. Such a warning should prompt illegals to self deport in mass.

On January 21 Trump announces that a new law will take effect in 90 days….blah blah blah.
If you are in this country illegally you have 90 days to get your affairs in order and leave otherwise we will find you, arrest you and incarcerate you for a minimum period of 5 years.
