You don't have to be a Native American to be legal. Before Europeans arrived hundreds of years ago, the American Indians were killing each other, in the worst way. They weren't a monolithic, united community of peace-loving native tribes, singing hymns to the Lord together, as a big happy family. They were scalping each other's heads, mutilating each other, and committing the most barbaric acts against other tribes they deemed unworthy of life. Fighting over hunting grounds..etc. Today unlike the Palestinians in Israhell, who are being continually dehumanized, the European settlers of the American continent, eventually, made Indians, 100% equals to them legally, before the law. Native Americans today in the USA, have MORE RIGHTS, than the rest of us.
I'm originally from South Florida, and until recently, owning a casino in Miami, Florida or anywhere in the State of Florida, was illegal, unless you're a Native American. If you're a Native American, from the Miccosukee tribe or any other Native American tribe, you can open a casino. Now I believe the laws have changed and anyone can open a casino, I might be wrong about that. There are a lot of Casinos now in Miami.
