It does say for Offenses. That means offenses are known, thus prompting the pardon. It also doesn't say that the pardon can't be for unnamed past offenses. Sorry! It's just not there either way.
Where does it say that?Remember, if they take the pardon, that means they are guilty....
It never happened before Trump, and his claim of secretly declassifying documents is as illogical as secretly pardoning people. No one cared about it until Dems thought they could get Trump.
It was BIDEN that directed the DOJ to go after Trump, you lying sack of SHIT.Blame Ford. He set the precedent.
Trump is the one who set the precedent for thinking he can tell the DoJ to go after his political enemies.
You’re a fucking moron.Sure, we saw Xiden do that here, he keep it a secret until he announced the pardons. Then, when they accepted it, they were pardoned.
What's your point?
Well not really, since he can declassify documents at will, nobody has to accept that the documents are declassified, like somone has to accept a pardon.
Try again
Ford didn't give out blanket pardonsBlame Ford. He set the precedent.
Trump is the one who set the precedent for thinking he can tell the DoJ to go after his political enemies.
Did I say that? No, I did not. Thank you!Same with Fauci and Milley
Go FUCK yourself, skipper.Spellcheck is your friend.
Prove it.It was BIDEN that directed the DOJ to go after Trump, you lying sack of SHIT.
I am not the one claiming a President can pardon someone without letting them know....you are....You’re a fucking moron.
/----/ I think Trump's DOJ will see if these pardons pass muster. Even if they do, they all can be called to Congress to testify under oath. If they perjure themselves, the pardon won't help themNow he pardoned Fauci and Milley. Pardoned from what? When have these people ever been convicted and sentenced for any crimes?
Biden pardons Fauci and Milley in an effort to guard against potential ‘revenge’ by Trump
"WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden has pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, retired Gen. Mark Milley and members of the House committee that investigated the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, using the extraordinary powers of his office in his final hours to guard against potential “revenge” by the incoming Trump administration.
The decision by Biden comes after Donald Trump warned of an enemies list filled with those who have crossed him politically or sought to hold him accountable for his attempt to overturn his 2020 election loss and his role in the storming of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Trump has selected Cabinet nominees who backed his election lies and who have pledged to punish those involved in efforts to investigate him.
“The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense,” Biden said in a statement. “Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country.”
It’s customary for a president to grant clemency at the end of his term, but those acts of mercy are usually offered to everyday Americans who have been convicted of crimes. But Biden has used the power in the broadest and most untested way possible: to pardon those who have not even been investigated yet. And with the acceptance comes a tacit admission of guilt or wrongdoing, even though those who have been pardoned have not been formally accused of any crimes."

It will be proven.......Prove it.
No, because the charges were false to begin with!Did dropping felony charges against Trump make it clear he broke the law?
Trump’s DoJ has no authority to overrule Biden’s exercise of constitutional power./----/ I think Trump's DOJ will see if these pardons pass muster. Even if they do, they all can be called to Congress to testify under oath. If they purjur themselves, the pardon won't help them
Innocent people do not need preemptive pardons. Anyone that accepts these is admitting their guilt.Trump is attacking anyone who ever testified against him
Biden is just protecting them from retribution
So no need for a pardon.Same with Fauci and Milley
Innocent until proven guilty
SCOTUS DOES!!!!Trump’s DoJ has no authority to overrule Biden’s exercise of constitutional power.
Xiden's own DOJ said he was too senile to be prosecuted. With that level of mental disorder, nothing Xiden has done since has any legal meritTrump’s DoJ has no authority to overrule Biden’s exercise of constitutional power.
