Some very learned and intelligent individuals have pointed out that any human system will develop hierarchies. That is inevitable. The test is to have them be as human as possible and keep them that way. This requires conservative/right attitudes in balance with liberal/left. We can't function without proficiency rising to the top. We can exist without the top dominating, exploiting and destroying.
There are constructive lessons to learn from Marx's thinking. There is no reason to believe 'Marxism' would be differently expressed than in the places it has already been tried and failed.
