None of which is illegal.

No one said illegal. The word is "invalid". If an original signature is required and an autopen signature is used, purporting to be the original signature, the document the autopen signature is affixed to is invalid. If a person signs something without knowing what it is, or even not remembering that he signed it at all, that is called fraud in the inducement and a crime. Now there is a criminal statute against forgery. But that's a different story.
