That's right a documentarty about the civil rights movement will not change the fact that most if not all blacks have been taught since birth that whites were bad.

Purely anecdotal, but I've known a LOT of black people, and only ONE ever called me a blue eyed devil. That was from his porch, addressed to my best friends niece.
as we were walking to the store.

She told him that while I might be under done (I think she said a preemie), I'm still family.

I have read the rules, I have not personally attacked anyone, and given that I believe this thread to be incite-laden, I am expressing a valid opinion pertaining to the topic at hand.

There was a reference to that effect in post #173.

What happened after the Civil Rights Movement to blacks when they were all united, all believed in the family and all were "on the same page?" Crack-Cocaine? Do you know how that came about? The war the government waged against The Black Panther Party, which was a community organization intended to further strengthen black families by educating themselves and strengthening their communities. The administration at the time considered them a threat and waged an open war against them. Infiltrating them and sabotaging them, etc. And in the end unleashed the deadly drug upon their communities in a final successful attempt to crush them out of existence. It was all downhill from there. You can Google all this.

Nope. But most are. Most but not all Black American Democrats are racist. Now Black American Conservatives/Republicans? That's a whole other story. I've never met a Black American Conservative/Republican who was racist. This is based on my experiences anyway.

Nope. But most are. Most but not all Black American Democrats are racist. Now Black American Conservatives/Republicans? That's a whole other story. I've never met a Black American Conservative/Republican who was racist. This is based on my experiences anyway.

Maybe so. Would it be reasonable to say that in every ethnicity there is a certain amount of ethnocentrism, which could be perceived as borderline racism?

Until our Government stops forcing us to label citizens by their race,the races will always be divided. There are no "African Americans" or "Hispanic Americans." There are only Americans. This labelling process is another example of Liberalism at its worst. Personally i think Liberals/Democrats enjoy dividing the races this way. It's a way of winning Elections for them. You take away these stupid labels,and the races will likely come together. But like i said,i don't think the Liberals/Democrats want the races to come together. Their biggest fear is that many African Americans could become Republicans if these labels end. I don't think they're ever gonna let that happen. Just my take anyway.

To state that "most" black people are racist is ethnocentric, as the people who make that statement will almost never say the same thing about white people. Denial sucks.

Thankfully you added that last sentence to your post, because race relations are a lot more complicated than "The Democrats just want more votes".

Labeling different ethnicities is a liberal thing? Am I to believe from that statement that conservatives don't see race and don't treat people differently according to what they see?
