The probe into the allegations of voting irregularities was initiated by the office of Sumter County Supervisor of Elections Bill Keen, according to prosecutors. Keen declined to comment about the cases, citing the ongoing investigation.

That has always been the case. Please note when Q-Publicans commit Election/Voter Fraud they always avoid jail time. As long they do it, Election/Voter Fraud is just fine.

It was the same way in the original review of the Arizona votes, the only fraud they found was a man who tried to vote twice for trump. If they did a thorough search of all the votes I'm sure they find more even more trump voters who actually did or tried to vote twice. I thought voter fraud was a felony with guaranteed prison time and hefty fines.
