“He continues to sow doubt and undermine our democratic institutions even now that he’s out of office,” the Biden campaign’s press secretary said of Trump. “It’s ironic that the U.S. is now ‘Exhibit A’ among Western democracies who face a legitimate autocratic threat from within.”
