It's not local. It's universal. Warmer temperatures lower air pressure. Colder temperature raise air pressure.
Unless of course you are on a planet that is predominantly CO2 and it gets so cold at times that the CO2 freezes and falls out of the atmosphere altogether. You know... like Mars.

PLANETARY COOLING = LOWER SAP
the first honest portion of a post by you in years. CO2 goes from air to ice WHEN COOLED, NOT WARMED...
Hint, it also suggests
PLANETARY WARMING = HIGHER SAP
and so does the data from Pluto
And your northern hemisphere winter stunt blew up too, since Earth is warmest during northern hemisphere winter
Planetary Warming = Higher SAP
And Jurassic = warmer, wetter, much higher SAP
