There is no difference in poverty areas except they move a block or two in one direction or another in most blue cities. Some of those cities have 60 years of Democratic Party to Prog Party control. They have raised taxes hundreds of times to give money to these areas. Sometimes driving in trucks of cash to uplift them. and the results have not been that great. Opportunities have increased dramatically, but a percentage of the population does not try. And may never.

yea thats what i say....at least get someone who at least appears to be fair....kimmel has already expressed many times what he thinks of trump....
