Not at all. One of our customers who's business was growing moved out to a street that was barely drivable. They moved out there to build a much larger facility with the ability to expand. After they got the place going, they looked into buying the property right next to them. Everything looked great until the government told them they couldn't build there. They deemed it wetlands. I have no idea how they rated that property wetlands. It was a wooded grass area of land where if we had enough rain, would get muddy.
But they stopped the business from expanding in the future, and had they known that beforehand, they would have never moved there in the first place. However their new place was very large with about 55 docks. It was too late to pack up and move again.
