The government is there to enforce our laws, and if a person is in this country illegally, they broke our laws and government should be kicking these people out of the country just for being here.

We can stop illegal immigration if we had politicians with balls. Write a law making being here illegally a felony punishable for a minimum of five years in federal prison. No walls needed, no additional border patrol, and it would cover those who overstay their Visas.

If there was any truth to that they would have done so when GW was President when we had control over the federal government since Bush was soft on immigration because his sister-in-law is a Mexican immigrant, or when Trump took the presidency in 2016. Instead Trump was tough on immigration.

No need to pay anything because those people would be running out of the country so fast there would be a line at the port of entry to get the hell out of this country. And if we did need more prisons, I'm more than happy to pay for them. Right. Because pardons for rich politically connected elites is just how the country works. Deporting people who have been working hard to improve their lives is what we really need to worry about.
