It is a Constitutional protection that our forefathers incorporated into the Constitution. Hillary used the 5th, as did, Obama official Patrick Cunningham during Fast & Furious and Obama official John Sepduveda, and need we gone on? Obama claimed to run the most transparent administration ever and his officials used the fifth several times.

For a long time now the democrats have enjoyed a liberal Supreme Court and a liberal federal bureaucracy that promotes Lefty policies and programs that are not always according to the letter of the law. So now we have a SCOTUS that rules based on what the Constitution actually says and means without creating new rights and changing existing laws.
