The whole prior decision was about whether or not Congress could delegate authority to the EPA. The SCOTUS then said yes. It did not require EPA rule-making to be "legislated".
A great example of how the courts were wrong. Congress cannot delegate it's authority to anybody. That's why we have a Congress in the first place. Show me anywhere in the Constitution that allows for such delegation. It's nowhere to be found.
Today is a great example of how courts are wrong. Tick Tock.
Maybe right wing ideology is correct. Honesty sure isn't demscums thing.
Surely you'll acknowledge they are based on a convenient interpretation of the Constitution that just happens to coincide with extreme right wing ideology. Or perhaps honesty isn't your thing.
Especially if you weren't constantly in some sham hearing listening to some idiot spin a yarn about Trump going berserk in the back of his limo.I bet I could vote on 2,000 Bills in one day.

So you think land miles away from any body of water should be declared protected wetlands that can’t be built upon by unelected desk jockeys?Today is a great example of how courts are wrong. Tick Tock.
What did the court get wrong?Today is a great example of how courts are wrong. Tick Tock.
You loons scream about "democracy" but have no problem with unelected bureaucrats making laws and policies as long as it agrees with the agenda.Need to eliminate all EPA, OSHA, Health regs, etc..........................in red states.
Yes and all these mandates and do good for our own good totalitarianism just received their death knell. This decision should put a lid on a lot of the other blatantly unconstitutional/fascist decrees by unelected government alphabet agencies as well.
This will affect far more than just the EPA's shenanigans.

To a woman as corpulent as yourself, many things must seem tiny. What a tiny hand that orange godlet in your avi has.![]()
This is much bigger than just the EPA. This is shutting down unbridled regulatory scheme mean without the consent of Congress or the people. This is in effect shutting down the unruly and powerful administrative shadow government.More to follow when the links are up.
The Supreme Court restricted the Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from power plants Thursday, potentially dealing a crucial blow to the Biden administration’s plans to fight climate change.
The 6-3 decision overruled a lower court decision that gave the federal agency virtually unlimited regulatory powers through the Clean Air Act.
Writing for the majority, Chief Justice John Roberts ruled that “it is not plausible that Congress gave EPA the authority to adopt on its own such a regulatory scheme.”

Whoo! The previous decisions were mere foreplay compared to this.![]()

3 justices on the court agree with him.It didn't go your way so the courts are wrong?
