Will she be charged? Probably not. And, for the record, I don't think Republican Congress critters would be charged, either.

These idiots need to learn that, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. I don't want my Congressman being arrested for anything, simply because if they're getting arrested that means they're breaking the law, and that's simply not what we elect our representatives to do.

If I were a Republican in her district, and I was thinking of running to unseat her, this incident would play a role, I can assure you...

Capital police are paid federal employees, not there for staged political photo-op stunts and Representatives are also paid federal employees, who should not be using them for staged political photo ops, if that is what it was proven to be.
