Any pee wee football fans? I need help!

Ok here's the deal both my 5 year old son and 8 year old son will be playing pee wee football this year for the first time. I am not a big sports fan, but I do love to watch these little one's play. My problem is I do not know much about the rules and regulations of football any body have any good links for pee wee football that could explain what these are, and what 1st down - 4th down means etc. No I am not a complete idiot I do know when you get a touchdown it's 6 points and then they kick off for the extra point. but clearly I do not know much about this game so any help would be appreciated.
