Any love for Mike Pence?

The Atlanta video was Republicans??

Can the good poster 'Lenny' link us to the court case, or trial, where his 'video' was offered as evidence?
And if it was, can poster 'Lenny' inform us on how the court ruled?

I'm not sure what the exact reference is for Lenny's video. Perhaps he can offer it here, or at least the court transcript of it?

Also, was 'Lenny's video"...the same video that Georgia's Gabriel Sterling discussed ---and debunked---in the link below?

Thanks in advance.

Mike Pence looks like he will run against Trump, and is critical of Trump for expecting him to single handedly overturn the election and upset Trump has praised Putin in the past.

I do feel bad for Mike, after all, if he had tried to overturn the election it would not have worked and likely become a far bigger fiasco for the GOP. But for this he has been demonized. As for him being critical of Trump praising Putin at various times, no arguments there.

Trouble is, Mike has zero charisma and is identified more with the establishment as where Trump is viewed as an outsider ready to fight the establishment. These are big obstacles to overcome. Pence may not be able to do anything about the charisma issue, but he can begin to blast away at Trump for not building the wall like he promised, failing to overturn Obamacare with a full GOP Congress, and promising to lock up Hillary with no success. And lastly, he could blast away at Trump for his spending. What I do know is that unless Mike is able to connect with the anti-establishment using these types of tactics, he had no chance.

I'm guessing he has zero support here based upon what I've seen thus far.

Am I right?

What I do know is that perhaps Trump was the only candidate who could have beaten Hillary in 2016, but today with the country the way it is in such bad shape, I feel like Trump may be the only candidate who might not be able to beat Biden based on all the Trump hate successfully generated over the years by the Left. Virtually anyone else could easily beat Diaper Joe.
Pence has acquired the tenacious stench of Trumpery, without the pheromonal allure attendant to it.

"It wasn't him, Mikey, it was you.
On January 6, you came down to my dressing room and you said,
'Kid, this ain't your day.'
You remember that? 'This ain't your day'!
My day!
I coulda taken democracy apart!

So what happens?
The winner gets my Air Force One, and what do I get?
A one-way ticket to Palook-a-Lago!
You shoulda looked out for me a little bit.
You shoulda taken care of me just a little bit!

I coulda had class. I coulda been a contender. I coulda been somebody.
instead of a bum, which is what I am, let's face it.

It was you, Mikey!"

PS, there's an irony about Trump blaming Pence for his losing the middle in AZ, Ga and Penn - all gop legislatively controlled. The evangelicals never strayed from their Orange Jesus. Rather, one of the few things I'd agree with Musk on was that Trump lost becuase people were tired of all his drama.

Interesting you don't mention the China Virus.

Supposedly, political positions aside, Pence is an honorable and decent person. He's regarded as honest by his opponents. But one could say the same for Jimmy Carter, who history has shown was not always wrong on fiscal matters and defense procurement. I'd be ok with a Pence presidency, but imo his social issue views would make him unelectable.

you missed Trump's shit show daily covid briefings' drama?
The Chinese wanted Trump out of office. Dems wanted Trump out of office. It's not that hard to believe that Dems conspired with the Chinese to bring the Kung Flu to America.

Any other President would have used COVID to demonstrate leadership in a crisis
Look at Bush after 9-11

Trumps self serving COVID response cost him the presidency

I lost any respect I had for Pence when he agreed to be Trump's running mate. He hitched his evangelical wagon to a hellbound horse.

"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?"

Not just on abortion, but also on Obamacare, glbt inclusion and the general view that civil govt is an attack on christianity, Trump appealed to evangelicals in 2016. It's just that by 2020 it had to be clear to any evanglical person who was honest with him/herself that Trump was just a cheap suit dressed up in an expensive one, and not really sincere about anything besides his decades long belief that America should be isolationist .... unless it was him trying to land a casino in moscow.

How Many Times Has Trump Cheated on His Wives? Here's What We Know

Judge finalizes $25 million settlement for 'victims of Donald Trump's fraudulent university'

Trump’s false or misleading claims total 30,573 over 4 years

Trump: I moved on her, actually. You know, she was down on Palm Beach. I moved on her, and I failed. I’ll admit it.

Unknown: Whoa.

Trump: I did try and fuck her. She was married.

Trump
: Yeah, that’s her. With the gold. I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know, I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.

Bush: Whatever you want.

Trump: Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything.

That was the thing. It's hard to find anyone less personally contrite about his moral failings who is still mentioned as having a future in national elections.

Well, good poster LennyPartiv, it .....IS......hard for the non-Q segment of the American population.

But you be you, and if that little slipper fits......well, you should wear it.
Q You?

I lost any respect I had for Pence when he agreed to be Trump's running mate. He hitched his evangelical wagon..................

Well, poster g5000 brought up the 'evangelical' nuance to this Trump-thingy.
So let's go there.

If there is any single group....in my view......who have discounted their brand by endorsing Tangerine Man.....it is the Christianists. Specifically those who call themselves "evangelical".

Remember that deadhead duncer, the Christianist leader, Tony Perkins, the president of the conservative Family Research Council?
He's the high-up muckety-muck in those circles who contended back in January of 2018 that the evangelical community has given President Donald Trump a “mulligan” when it comes to his serial adultery against three wives.

Perkins to Erin Burnett:
“Yes, evangelicals, conservatives, they gave him a mulligan. They let him have a do-over."

"A do over"?

And over, and over, and over?

In my opinion, Mike Pence is cut out the same cloth as dunderheaded Perkins.
