There are others who have stated on record that he was unaware of MOST of them, meaning at the beginning, he was questionable, and it went downhill from there.

Too bad the courts (not the USSC) already made clear that autopen signatures are legal, as long as the person affixing the signature had the permission / authorization of the person whose signature was affixed.

And when it comes to pardons, the president can issue pardons orally for a subordinate to transcribe it onto paper, for delivery to the person pardoned.
