And what is that point? How is it determined and by whom? Since you seem sure that such a point exists I wonder where I can see some rationale and a codification of the rules. You have said that the Gaza attack was due to 80 years of oppression. So is 80 years not enough time and it can still be used as an excuse? I can't wait to see the chart of the length of time. Well, first, you make the Inquisition out to be a lot worse than it actually was. The total number of people executed by the Spanish Inquisition in its 300 years of operation was 3000-5000 people. (Ironically, the last person executed by the Inquisition was a Deist.)

Now, yeah, forced conversion is bad. But the Spanish did far more cruel things in the New World than they did to their indigenous Jewish population (many of whom emigrated to North Africa to become the Sephardic Jews)

There is no God. Since you are new here, I'll explain something.

I am an atheist. What offends me about Israel is that you are excusing some truly bad behavior because of a bunch of bronze age mythology. Christianity and Islam are offshoots of the Abrahamic mythology, and you've all been slaughtering eachother for 2000 years over some fairy stories.

Now, if you were to argue to me that European Jews deserve a homeland in Europe, I'd have no argument with that. I'll go one further, if America is so committed to a Jewish Homeland, we should give up one of our states to be that homeland. We have a few we are barely using.
