For this crime he is looking at 7 years in prison. He is not a felon, he has no criminal record, he served his country in the military.....

I warned fellow New Yorkers that this was coming, and bid them to leave that forsaken state. Many laughed it off, and commented that it would never come to this. At least, not for them.
