So here is what is actually happening...

This is what the Bureau of Labor Statistics says is the hourly rate of non-supervisory retail workers $13.91/hour. Table B-8. Average hourly and weekly earnings of production and nonsupervisory employees on private nonfarm payrolls by industry sector, seasonally adjusted(1) says is average hourly rate.

Meanwhile, the ranks of part-time workers due to business conditions or because they can't find full-time work, trending lower in the past few years, rose by 212,000 to 7.8 million.
Retail Workweek Hits 3-Year Low As Firms Evade ObamaCare Mandate - Investors.com

So if the hours of the above 7.8 million part time workers declined from 30.7 to 30.1 in Jan13 that means
.6 of hour less worked by 7.8 million or a loss of 243,360,000 hours a year!

Employers/employees pay 15.3% of their wages in Payroll taxes for SS/Medicare.

At 15.3% of the $13.91 / hour wage that is $2.12 per hour in payroll taxes.

243,360,000 less hours worked because of employers NOT wanting full time employees so as NOT to be penalized by Obamacare means:

Obamacare is COSTING THE FEDERAL Government in revenue: $517,926,053 every year!

And I thought OBAMA promised everything and at NO COSTS... Savings $1,000,000,000 and reducing the deficit over the long run(1,600 years but who's counting)!!!

Prove me wrong but according to the above calculations Obamacare today is costing the Federal government each day
$1.4 million a day... BUT HEY who's counting!!!!!

And this is JUST Payroll Taxes... Let's not even venture into Federal/STATE/Local income tax revenue losses!!!!

Obamacare is a complete and utter disaster if it's really supposed to be about affordable healthcare.

Obamacare is a complete success if it's really about government control over the population.

I can prove you wrong.

The mandate doesn't go into effect for another year.

You're an idiot. You need to stop being an idiot.

So YOU ARE SAYING THE BUREAU of Labor Statistics IS WRONG?
More people are working less hours then a year ago?

Obviously you've NEVER had to plan for short term -- 6 months to a year or long term, longer then year business activities!
Most solvent businesses stay that way by BEING aware that if they don't reduce their hourly work force today's hours they won't be around a year from now when the BIG axe does fall!
This is like obviously YOU don't do, planning for the future COSTS of Obamacare by eliminating those costs TODaY!!!

$500 million a year and this is just the start!

You claimed they were cutting back people's hours to avoid the healthcare mandate. Since the healthcare mandate is not in place yet,

that cannot possibly be true.

Here READ what the people that are cutting back the hours are SAYING!!!
Many restaurant owners cut back after ObamaCare
Restaurant companies are limiting employee hours to avoid healthcare costs as called for in Obamacare. But some believe companies and their CEOs may be using the healthcare law as an excuse to do that.

This fall, after an Associated Press story about Red Lobster and Olive Garden limiting hours was posted on OneNewsNow, one reader posted a comment saying that restaurants had been limiting hours long before the healthcare law started as a bill.
Holly Wade, senior policy analyst of the National Federation of Independent Business, an organization that has been critical of the new healthcare law, says businesses are legitimately concerned.
Wade:I think there are a lot of businesses out there looking to see how the new healthcare law is going to affect their cost hurdles and how much they're going to have to pay in providing health insurance," she tells OneNewsNow. "The law is very complicated when it comes to part-time and part-time equivalence and what the penalties are with the tax now."

The Congressional Budget Office estimates, at the high end, that 20 million workers could see their health plans dropped thanks to Obamacare.
Examiner Editorial: Companies cut hours and jobs to dodge Obamacare | WashingtonExaminer.com

As Twitchy has been reporting, the layoff bomb has detonated. Many companies, both large and small, have been forced to lay off workers due to President Obama’s re-election. With no hope of Obamacare being repealed, they are now forced to lay off employees in order to stay in business.

But it’s not just layoffs. Some companies are also contemplating cutting hours. Sadly, many companies have already done so.

Part-time is the new full-time in Obamaville.

This doesn’t just hurt the workers, who now have to try to live on a far more meager salary. It hurts the country as a whole.
Death spiral: Hours cut, workers pushed to part-time due to Obamacare; ?They keep cutting my hours? | Twitchy

FACTS are that they are cutting NOW!!! Again.. that's why the latest Bureau of Labor Statistics has this chart!
