Another Timmy Walz whopper: Being gay is illegal in Nebraska.

Straight people could have sex in Nebraska. Gay people couldn’t.

Maybe you don’t know how sex works.
The law applied to everyone, moriner.

How many people were arrested for being gay?

This may surprise you, but outlawing gay sex affects gay people.

SCOTUS declared all sodomy laws unconstitutional in 2003, so when tampon tim said "technically still is" he lied. See Lawrence v. TX.

.
The law was overturned in 2003. Timmy was much older than. He should have been about 40, not when he was a kid. I know this is high school level thinking, but do try to keep up.

The only thing he got wrong is by saying “it still is”. Nebraska repealed their law in 1978. In other states, like Texas, it’s still on the books.

These assholes do a great job at proving that conservatives are often full of shit when it comes to their love of “freedom”.

Kewl, you finally admitted what I said was correct and what you said was wrong, in a nut shell, HE LIED!

Much older than what exactly.

And if you bothered to listen, he said being a fag when he was a kid in Nebraska was illegal, and technically "still" is. I thought you was a teacher, isn't the word "still" present tense? The lying asshole said as of the date of the speech, 7 Sep 2024, being a fag in Nebraska is technically "still" illegal. Are you agreeing with that statement?

I have not questioned the "still is" part if you would actually read my posts. The OP was first questioning if homosexuality was illegal, which it was. when he lost that argument, he pivoted to the "still is" portion of Walz statements. On that point, he was wrong, and I would think a governor should know his own state's laws.

No stupid, being gay was never illegal.
