Where are all the baseball, football, hockey and baseball players dying of vaccine induced heart attacks in north america then? What about competitive bicyclists, gymanists, tennis players or other athletes who have had to get vaccinated? Why is no one collapsing on or off the field here from the vaccine?

The sports you mentioned have lots of players who work at day jobs. Ordinary people get little press. Team sports associated with universities get more attention than individuals except for Olympic stars who earned top placements in their fields as well as movie stars who get top attention if they are liberals.
