My wife is not 80 but we are a retired couple. She also loves Tom Brady. She thought a comedy about elderly women drooling over Tom Brady would be fun to watch.

I reminded her that she was the wife of a Vietnam Veteran and Jane Fonda was not allowed in the household.

She came to her senses.

By the way, when I first met her she was a Democrat. This was back in the early 1970s when Democrats were not as batshit crazy as they are now. Her father also held an elected office as a Democrat back in the 1960s.
