The delusion of believing that your "true" gender is the opposite of that indicated by your gonads and chromosomes is a serious neurosis. It was only recently de-classified as such due to political pressure. Regardless of sex-reassignment surgery, such neurotics have suicide rates that are 40 times higher than that of the general population.

To feed this obvious delusion with patronizing acceptance is not a kindness, and in the case of a child, it is a horrible failure of parenting, tantamount to child abuse.

Feminists' embrace of people who are victimized by this delusion is astounding, given their constant drumbeat over the decades that women and men are different(!). "Unless a man thinks he is a woman?"
