Yet we hear of legal immigrants being incarcerated because they had a dope arrest ten years ago. ICE has no need to do that, use up space that should be used for violent illegal alien thugs, rapsists.

The system already has a process for dealing with relatively minor immigration issues, I'd take your position seriously if ICE were focused on such people, it isn't it is pissing about arresting and incarcerating people for minor shit, taking up cell space, money etc that should be used for the real nasty scum.
