You guys show no concern for citizens affected. That is a red flag. We all build layers of safety for survival. And it goes into many levels. Living in a neighborhood where people look out for each other next to another where people are indifferent is just one example. I was watching some of the testimony on the usps postmaster in the subcomittee on governmental reform the other day, and one of the members said that he had been in contact with several large branch offices, and they told him that as much as 50% of their drivers use what he called non domiciled cdls. I think that must men those pay to play cdls that California and a couple other states are issuing. They told him that they couldn't even speak English.
