He reminds me of my grandmother's second husband when he was suffering from vascular dementia. He was having those same type of confabulations, bleeding eyeball for no apparent reason, and so disoriented that he didn't know what city he was in.

We were at the hospital while my daughter was having a baby and he thought we were in the lobby of the Toledo Sports Arena at a Detroit Tigers baseball game.
