Who is surprised that the Obama "Justice" Department allowed Hillary Clinton to delete and dispose of over thirty thousand
emails on her private and business non regulation personal email server? Here is something to make someone throw up (someone who isn't part of Team Hillary, that is):

"There is no question that former Secretary Clinton had authority to delete personal emails without agency supervision — she appropriately could have done so even if she were working on a government server," the Justice Department's civil division attorneys wrote.

No. No question at all for most people under normal circumstances. But for someone who had Congress especially and specifically subpoena all the emails on Clinton's personal State Department server?
Could someone like that just ignore and defy a Congressional subpoena and get away with it?
Amazingly the answer is YES!

Clinton did not just delete these emails. She hired specialist Platte River Networks to bleach out supposedly mundane personal emails (birthday parties and such, Clinton claimed).

Was she so secretive about her plans for yoga classes or whatever that she had technicians use something called
"Bleach Bit" to utterly obliterate them? What sort of bullshit is this?

The fact is on March 2, 2015 the Select Committee on Benghazi subpoenaed Clinton emails On March 9th Clinton lackey Cheryl Mills emailed PRN that the Clinton emails were now ordered preserved by order of Congress.
Nevertheless between March 25th and the 31st over 30,000 of the subpoenaed documents were systematically and deliberately wiped out using sophisticated methods like "Bleach Bit" to make sure no one would ever recover these documents.

Paul Combetta was given immunity for what he did (don't know why since supposedly destroying 30,000 subpoenaed emails were not illegal, according to Justice Department civil attornies) but the Obama Justice Department under Loretta Lynch masterfully covered for Clinton by claiming, as the lawyers already opined, that purposely destroying documents
under subpoena by Congress were okay since people regularly delete personal emails all the time.
And how does anyone know that all those thousands of emails that were obliterated were all indeed just random personal emails? Of course, they don't!
But Loretta Lynch, and Barack Obama were willing to take her word for it. And she's never done anything shady her entire life! Of course we can all trust Madame Hillary!

Were these people deleting documents that Congress had a right to preserve and view to get to the bottom of the Benghazi fiasco? Or did that even occur to Justice Department Civil Division attorneys?

Just wondering. What an incredible miscarriage of justice and still going over these events it makes your head spin to
see how the Obama Justice Department and the FBIi worked hand in hand with Hillary Clinton to pull her fat, corrupt ass out of a bear trap.
