I'm the farthest thing from an anti-vaxxer, but there have been an awful lot of these. There is enough circumstantial evidence out there to at least merit an investigation and not simply flat out dismiss every one of these occurrences.
Europe cancelled some of the vaccines for young men due to the statistical numbers showing much higher endocarditis.
Studies indicate the risks of rare heart inflammation following vaccination are very low and much greater for those who contract Covid-19.

Now do these countries ignore the science or does the USA?
Actually the
Forbes article cited in the OP does
not show that the Europeans’ research or actions prove that the U.S. medical Establishment is “ignoring the science.” According to it, European researchers did find the Pfizer vaccine and booster … a
safer choice for young men, pointing out that the heart problem was still extremely rare and that getting the Moderna vaccine was still for young men much safer than not getting vaccinated or boosted. More research is being done as we speak.
Talk now about “having an investigation” is mostly political posturing, as the Europeans and Americans are
investigating and researching these questions
all the time. These are the careful
scientific investigations that are necessary to decide best treatment and public health procedures.
In the face of a new virus pandemic like Covid, where potential dangers and
ability to mutate were unknown, and are
still not fully understood, balancing the need for quick effective vaccines (or treatment procedures) with guaranteed safety to all who take them … was and still is
not a simple black and white decision.
It takes time and study even for top experts to know when to propose or adopt different policies, when to introduce new vaccines, to know whether they made correct decisions — and their public statements and policy changes inevitably reflect changing circumstances. Only fools expect 100% safety or 100% percent consistency when dealing with vaccines, medicine administration, or medical judgements from doctors and health experts.
As for politicians, all one can ask is that they try to act responsibly, and in a crisis put their egos aside and subordinate their personal interests to what they believe is the public interest. Of course — as Covid proved — few politicians today succeed fully even in this.
