There are several options really. Replace humans with automation (the largest job killer in the US and world) pass the loss to consumers in increased prices, move out of the country like thousands of other industries have over the past few decades.

Either way, a disadvantage to most working Americans.

What companies do is pass on their losses to the consumers. It's always been that way and will always be that way. It's a truthful concept the left refuses to believe. In essence supporting a tax on our corporations is a tax on ourselves because ultimately we are the people that are going to have to pay for those tax hikes.
