Another Broken Promise? By Trump's own hands?

The point of illegals being part DEMAND for housing was mentioned and I commented on that.

It is on topic.

comment to who said it. I noted we needed mandatory e-verify and you ran that into a ditch.

Anyone else think that if housing prices dropped this clown would be the first to start a pissy pants thread blaming Trump for a housing crisis?

Trump and MAGA would have blamed a (D) president if they were in office.

iF a dem president actually decided to try to reduce housing costs and actually succeeded, I would admit it.

possibly even celebrate it.

Housing has been a big problem for Americans for years. High prices are the norm and high rental prices have also occurred because of it.

Trump promised to bring affordable housing back.

Hey, that is great thing, isn't it? If Trump can bring down the cost of housing, we will all win, right?

But...................

Another broken promise by his own actions?

There are about 1.41 million housing units built in the US each year. Dontcha think your Vegetable Messsiah’s 15 million + illegals have anything to do with a housing shortage?

Let me know if you need help with the math, Simp.

I never said that concerning this. Any issues are years in the making.

Prices are high because of years of bad economic policies.

As long as "your guy" was in office or making promises you said nothing.
Anyone's fault but your King...

its your King. You voted for him.
We know you have a King sitting on his orange throne. The closing walls of economic disaster are just beginning. But he will blame Hillary or Biden.

Oh my god. This idiot believes 12 million illegals entered the US under Biden! :laughing0301: :spinner:
These are just the invaders which are accounted for...if you apply that rate over the time frame for unaccounted invaders 12 mil is highly plausible.

7.2M Migrants Have Illegally Crossed US Border Under Biden, Exceeding the Populations of 36 States

There are 11 to 13 million illegals in the US. That figure has remained stable at 11 million for decades.

So, worst case scenario, there was a 2 million increase under Biden.

In 2020, there were 140.5 million housing units.

Not available housing units. Total housing units. So you can all stop with the "let's blame illegals for everything" nonsense.

In 2023, the most recent figure, there were 145 million housing units.

You can see in the following link that the ratio of housing units to population rose steadily from Q4 2018 to Q4 2024, and a slight decline in Q1 2025.

Nevertheless, the current housing units are nowhere near the peak of the subprime bubble.

Trump doesn't make promises. He said shit to get elected. After this, he can do whatever he likes.
Trump make lots of promises. Only a damn fool would expect him to keep any of those promises, but he makes a lot of them.

A housing crisis you whine? Could that be the result of millions of imported illegals thus driving up demand and increasing prices?
