TL;DR gasoline is also flammable. Not to mention, internal combustion engines also have batteries.

Have you considered the fact upwards of 80% of the electricity used to charge an EV is produce using fossil fuels?

Do you have any clue WTF the toxic waste content of a single EV is once it is trashed?

Do you have a clue WTF the cost of replacement batteries are for an EV, which commonly need replacing every 75,000 miles or so?

China will have to build a bunch more Coal plants to keep up with the EV production. We need new battery technology that doesn't involve lithium unless we want to destroy the earth. It's bad on both the extraction and the disposal.
