Yes, they did have to do with abortion, because he said he was performing ABORTIONS. When really, he was just delivering babies and killing them.

And the people who were REFERRING his victims to him were ABORTION CLINICS. And his victims went to him for ABORTIONS and thought they were getting safe ABORTIONS. Because they stupidly trusted the people who referred them, and stupidly believed that if it wasn't safe, medical personnel would have reported his activities, then he would have been closed down...

Allie, he wasn't performing abortions, though. If the baby is born alive, no abortion has taken place. He may have been an abortion doctor, but that doesn't mean he was performing abortions.
