Because the thirty computer scientists, from MIT that were hired by the GOP realised the potential risk of being hacked. They built firewalls that NO hacker from ANYWHERE could get through.
Imagine if you will a computer system that changed it's entire formate every two seconds and the ONLY way to 'look' at what's in the system is to read it starting anywhere between the first bit to the last.
Put another way imagine someone handing you a different book to read every two seconds and telling you the beginning is located anywhere between the first page and the last page and by the time you open the book to find where the beginning is that book has been taken away and a new book is handed to you. THAT's the level of sophistication the GOP computer systems operates at.
Whereas the DEMs essentially hired a bunch of 'dopers' to design and maintain the DEM systems.
The same sort of assholes who designed and maintained Hillary's illegal 'bathroom' private server.....like'.
Two Inuit high school kids with one burned out 286 were able to hack into the DEM's computers.
