Doubt that any of this will ever get to the SCOTUS.
It's all a show, appellate courts will shoot it down, piece by piece.
It will be judicial incrementalism.
They are criminalizing lawyers defending their clients, advisors advising, and freedom of speech.
Appellate Judges who probably hate Trump, but understand the repercussions will make it all die a slow death.
