As a matter of fact it is a qualification.
It means others would be willing to deal with you, to cooperate with you, trust you.
No it doesn't. Not by a long shot.
Barack Obama "respected" Kim Jong Un, but he worked with him, nor did he really care to. But he respected the position Kim held, just as other world leaders would respect the position held by Michelle Obama. That's an ocean of difference from respecting the person, though, and there's just not a ton of evidence to suggest that's even the case.
What experience does she have that would suggest she's fit to handle trillion dollar budgets? Has she ever been a leader? Of anything?
Hopefully she wouldn't try to give anyone fashion advice:

Something the Trump administration lacks
I understand that libs absolutely just hate the fact that Trump is President, but it proves that "respect" for an individual isn't a requirement at all. A lot of world leaders didn't want to see Trump become President, yet here he is. That's the problem with idiot liberals. They want to please the rest of the world instead of focusing on the home front first.
Fuck what the rest of the world wants. If you want to be concerned with what the rest of the world wants, go there.
So, thus far we see that she's actually no at all qualified...
