I don't think that will help. Most of the black-guy-killed-by-cops scenarios don't have anything to do with militarizing the police. It's usually about black guys who resist arrest or point a weapon or what looks like a weapon at the cops and gets shot. It's also about police and other public unions that get into bed with local democrat politicians to keep bad cops, bad teachers, and others who oughta be fired but the system protects them by making it very difficult to prosecute those who deserve it.
