That's some expensive real estate.
If I were going back to California, I'd go up the central California coast to someplace like Cambria or Morro Bay.

I go to visit Californication while my son is at Lamoore NAS. I hate Californication because they are idiots there. My son wants to move out as soon as he gets shore duty.
