Will Pennsylvanians step up to the plate and absolutely torment the state reps demanding it? Announcing election challenges if necessary? A few governor impeachments might stop this evil freight train in its tracks. The implantation of the new fascism is all up to the governors. Barr will issue a weak statement that he is keeping an eye on them now and then, and then do nothing.

Best of all a floor vote is not like an election, thousands of mail-in ballots that can be lost or hacked. It is in the open and on TV. People will know how the state reps voted.
