The popular means little, I know there is a movement to change the election system however as with the push in 2000, I believe this one will go away also. We Americans don't have the desire to change the status quo, so it will likely remain.

What I will admit to is that I do not know a whole lot about tariffs. But I do know that every administration has used them as a tool to regulate trade. But none have gone about in the extreme and bellicose way that Trump has, targeting a large array of goods, and alienating long time and important trading partners, including allies.

In addition, the tariffs on aluminum and steel are unorthodox and seen as extreme. His whole approach smacks of promoting isolationism more than an attempt to achieve fair trade. My objection is not simply political
