AMNESTY A REWARD FOR BAD MANNERS.
Comprehensive Immigration Reform do not call for penalties or punishments. Coming forward and identifying your self, learning English, paying a $5000 fine, paying back taxes and getting in live for citizenship is not a punishment. It’s what all Americans are doing every day. Comprehensive Immigration Reform is rewarding those who have bad manners. (Criminals) See I did not use the “I” word even once.
