First Windsor Hills is basically a neighborhood in LA. It has a population of 11,000 people.

Beattyville has a population of 1,100. If it were the size of Windsor Hills and in its present location, it would have approximately 1,500 violent crimes and over 9,000 property crimes per capita.

So is every other group but whites are simply making bad decisions Lisa? Because every other group except people from India have rates of poverty that far surpass whites, lower median incomes and less wealth. So while you attack only blacks, the fact is every other non white group struggles and most whites don't. But racism can't be the cause.

So your answer is wrong. Blacks are 13 percent of the population and have 2.7 percent of the wealth. The wealth of 400 of the richest whites surpasses all the wealth in the black community and that includes blacks like Oprah. These disparities are not caused by blacks making improper decisions and living irresponsibly.

This is caused by irresponsible decisions made by whites based on racism.

I’ve explained it. Other non-white populations do not have the same high OOW rate. Having 72% of black babies born out of wedlock is shameful.

Get the OOW rate down to something at least somewhat respectable - say, less than half - and watch racism drop.

Blacks have been favored in higher Ed admissions for two generations. That was time enough for generation #1 to go to college or vocational training, and generation #2 to have grown up in middle class comfort, and go to college.

So why Haiti and not the DR right next door on the same island? Even in the NY Times slanted article it admits that more than forty percent of Haiti's money went to corrupt Haitian leaders. And the French demanded money ONE time by threatening an invasion. Rather than risking fighting, the Haitian government decided to pay the Danegeld.
