America’s Most Miserable Cities, Ranked

Detroit is the poster child for outsourcing, and what it has done to America.

Think about it: The greatest threat to this country, geopolitically, is the Peoples Republic of China, which would still be an agrarian backwater of a nation were it not for the United States turning it into an industrial superpower.

Detroit fell by the waysides because Scab Labor produces finer automobiles than the UAW.

Toyotas and Hondas are no cheaper than Plymouths and Pontiacs.

Misery can be found everywhere. I've been to some small forgotten towns way off the interstate that are proper shitholes. They have all the same problems, poverty, drugs, crime, etc. but no one cares enough to rank the misery of rural America.
Yeah....you prefer big cities that have 1000 times more of everything.
Cities where you need bars on your doors and windows to keep the drug addicts and homeless from breaking in to steal everything.

Gary, IN is still #1 but Detroit, once called the Disneyland of Death, has dropped to #3.

Given that the list does not even scratch the surface this really reinforces the notion that we're past peak America as far as our cities go.
Thank free trade with china for most of the current misery

The Democrats have ruined all the great American cities. Expect more damage to come to our country. Especially with all the damn Illegals Potatohead is allowing to flood in that will vote the Democrats to get their welfare. Just like the sonofabitches did to ruin California that was once the Golden State.

My obvious point is that small town America oozes misery but no one sees it. I live in a remote area that is beyond rural. Even here we have all the same problems as the city and then some.

Go out and try living in the woods.
Then you'll discover real misery.

I've camped for many days on end in a place you would be too chicken shit to get out of the boat. Ever see swamp loggers? I was doing that before it was a TV show.

There is no forest on Earth that I would be too chicken shit to go.
The training I went thru to become Special Forces qualified made the actual missions seem easy in comparison.
I've spent months hunkered down in the desert avoiding OPFOR.
I didn't camp. I was on patrols carrying almost your body weight for miles upon miles.
You really don't know who you're talking to, dirtbag.
BTW, nobody that's grounded like you claim to be would support the kind of shit you seem to support.

LOL bullshit.

LOL bullshit.
That's the problem with you Dimocraps.
You don't believe anything is possible unless your leftist masters say it's so.
You're so used to lying and repeating lies that you cannot fathom that somebody is telling you the truth.
I don't care if you don't believe me, because I know what is true.
What you think doesn't matter.

Its interesting how everyone is miserable under the reign of Sleepy Joe in big cities as well as small, but clowns on the left are still resistant to change.

You are twice as likely to go to prison if you live in a rural area. I have a home in the city. No bars on the windows.

I have a home in a small town. I spend more time in the small town. The thing I hate about the city is the traffic. Crime was never more of a problem in the city than the small town.

I lived in San Diego CA, and I had a break-in every other month till I put bars on my windows and doors.

15th post
That must a suck. Never had that problem in LA or Columbus.
The primary reason is illegal immigration.
It's difficult to find a job that pays enough to keep up with the rising cost of living thanks to all of the cheap labor.
It causes homelessness, crime, which leads to drug abuse.

Jackson Miss. seemed like a place you should zoom through without stopping, for sure.

But I gotta say= the wrong side of Kansas City, Mo and just about any side of St. Louis makes you sincerely believe you're about to be murdered any second.
