America’s Largest And Most Expensive DEI Program Is About To Go Up In Flames

Leftist controlled universities love their return to their roots as “the party of slavery “

That explains Colored Schools in Republican districts ... Texas celebrates white folks who mass-murder Mexicans ...

When you say "university", do you mean people smarter and with more education than you ... or do you mean "liberal arts college", shock me with an electric cord, I would not have thought liberal colleges were run by liberals ...

Can you name a "conservative arts college"? ...

How much is your take home after your shift at the drive-thru?
Before Covid, $95K. Now, $85K. I live alone so that is a lot of money. If you are a couple, how much do you and hubby make combined? And what are your bills? My condo on a lake is paid off. So is the pontoon. So I max out my 401K and once a year I invest an additional $20,000. In other words, after all my expenses and things I buy, and maxing out my 401K, I STILL save up $20,000 on top of that.

So it's not just what you make. It's what you spend. Even if you and hubby make $170. DOUBLE what I make. You have a 30 year mortgage.

And now you are going to brag that your home is worth a lot. Funny, that was a negative 2 months ago. Home values were too high? Remember that? Well now you like it that your home is worth so much right? You're welcome.

From 2019 to 2022, the median net worth of American families jumped 37% to $192,900, after adjusting for inflation. It’s the largest increase ever recorded by the federal Survey of Consumer Finances, released last fall. Surging home values and rising stock ownership fed the surge.

It seems you never got past 7th grade. “ liberal Arts is a degree program that focuses on art history, some sciences including social sciences and world history.

When you write “university” you don’t understand that the difference between a college and university is often in name only, with “university” often sitting on the mantle of the number of published professors.

You live alone in your mommy’s basement?

Whether it is called "affirmative action" or DEI, it really doesn't make a difference with important jobs.

If someone is working as a professor in Gay Dance or as a do-nothing bureaucrat, it really doesn't harm anyone to hire on the basis of race as the job isn't needed anyhow.

But using DEI to hire rocket scientists or proctologists, that's a different story. If someone is hired because of their race, but doesn't know someone's bung hole from a hole in the ground, that just isn't acceptable.

The problem, at least in my opinion, is that these race focused, leftist run colleges and universities receive taxpayer cash. Why are my tax dollars going to POC safe spaces and and segregated dorms/ graduations?

DEI is a dumb policy.

It's not so much a ''policy.''

It's always been more of a stalking horse for the purpose of being solidified as policy.

That same stalking horse model is incorporated routinely, I'd add, and is used to lead the public by the nose into accepting/normalizing a great many things across a vast field of different cultural and political agendas.

And look at how they handle success. R Kelly, Bill Cosby, P Diddy, Michael Jackson,

My favorite is the black coach at MSU.

Former Michigan State University football coach Mel Tucker is suing the university and school leaders, alleging that they wrongfully fired him last year and violated his constitutional rights after he was accused of sexual harassment.

The federal lawsuit filed Wednesday in Michigan accuses school officials of undertaking an "improper, sham investigation" of allegations that Tucker sexually harassed and exploited rape survivor and activist Brenda Tracy.

If this happened to me, would I sue? Or win? Fuck no!
She was clearly a voluntary participant (they had constant hour long phone calls). they had an affair, she then suddenly claimed more.. he was a victim of our society’s disgusting habit of believing women without evidence.. and institutions being too scared. Let’s hope the pendulum is swinging back to sanity and innocent until proven guilty

Here is a thought exercise for anyone willing to think about it: Name an institution that actually has a "mission" whose mission is better accomplished with a demographically "diverse" team, to the extent that it makes sense to promote diversity. And by that I mean diversity as contrasted with pure merit.

My only candidates would be the enlisted ranks of the armed forces, and an urban police department. The mission COULD be better achieved with a diverse workforce if not carried to extremes.

If a university's mission is to impart the greatest amount of knowledge to the greatest number of people, diversity is a net negative factor.

Any profit-making venture in the private sector would be foolish to implement DEI initiatives. Foundations? Not hardly.
