I think it's gone on long enough. I also think you are kidding yourselves if you think it's DONE because there are groups. ACLU, Women's League, who put pressure on companies to diversify. So companies give women departments they can't fuck up too much. VP of HR. Marketing. Accounting. Finance. But NEVER the CEO. Or rare. Very very rare. It would be even more rare if AA didn't ever exist. Women don't appreciate it. Neither do blacks, hispanics, etc. They resent people thinking that's why they got the job. So if they don't even like it, let's do away with it as an official policy but instead just show these groups the numbers. Show how you are moving towards being a more diverse organization.
